The location is great, right in the heart of the town with plenty of cute shops and delicious restaurants nearby. the parking is really handy and it saves you time. the rooms are spacious and decorated in a really nice way that makes you feel comfortable.
the room was extremely hot, and we couldn't open the windows because a bell would constantly ring and disturb us.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The historical palazzo where the hotel is located adds a touch of charm and takes you back in time. The hotel's location right in the center of this city is perfect, with cute shops and restaurants surrounding it. Moreover, the convenience of having parking available right behind the hotel made my stay even more enjoyable.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

My stay was not as pleasant as I had hoped. The lack of air conditioning was a real problem, especially during the hot summer month of August.
